This lager is brewed with Southeast Missouri grown rice from Inland Cape Rice Company.
The rice creates an extremely light body, the malt a hint of sweet flavor, and hops are floral. Straw in color, this is a crisp, crushable beer.
In Southwest Missouri, we private label this beer for Rockbridge where it’s sold as Rockbridge Spring Creek Lager.
In Rolla, Missouri, we private label this beer for Tater Patch where it’s sold as Taterade Lager.
