Just a quarter mile off the pavement on a private drive, you’ll find our charming, secluded Farmhouse. Experience the peaceful countryside from the covered front porch, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or refresh with a beverage from a complimentary case of PRBC beer.

Part of the Piney River Farm, a working beef cattle farm, you may see or hear cows in close proximity to the house. Joleen and Brian may be working on the farm or taking care of the cattle during your stay. They will do their best to maintain your privacy around the property.

Rental rates

Rates are for the full weekend: $475 for Friday at 2:00 p.m through Sunday at 12:00 p.m. To add a day or more to the beginning or end of your trip, the cost is $125 per day, subject to availability. State and local taxes additional. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit upon booking.

If you have more than 8 people that want to enjoy the property with you, there is room on the lawn for tent camping. Camping is $15 per person, per day.

Farmhouse rules

No smoking in the house.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
No fireworks on the property.
No firing of weapons allowed on property.
No hunting.
No events at the Farmhouse or on the property without prior approval.

Cleaning and/or damage fees will be charged for non-compliance.
