Tap into Hope with CASA
CASA of South Central Missouri is coming to Piney River Brewing Co. for a laid-back, family-friendly day to Tap into Hope and connect with our community in a fun, welcoming setting.
This is a “come as you are, stay as long as you’d like” kind of day. CASA will be set up on-site with an info table, good conversation, and plenty of ways to get involved if you choose. Bring your family, invite your friends, and enjoy a great atmosphere for all ages.
Live music from One More Dollar Band, plus yard games, kids activities, and Piney River’s popular root beer made into floats for the kids (and maybe adults too). There will also be food, raffle baskets, and a few extra surprises throughout the day.
CASA of South Central Missouri advocates for children in foster care by training and supporting volunteers to be a consistent voice for a child’s best interest in court and in life. There’s an ongoing need for more advocates in our area, and this event is a great chance to learn what that looks like in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
