Our annual fundraiser to benefit the Houston Education Foundation, which support the educational endeavors of the Houston R-1 School District. A portion of all pint sales benefits HEF. Piney River Brewing Hosts Fundraising Event for Houston Education Foundation

Piney River Brewing Company in Bucyrus is hosting a multi-faceted event to raise funds for the Houston Education Foundation (HEF) on Saturday, September 3 at the brewery in Bucyrus. Board members from HEF will be at the brewery for most of the day cooking bratwurst and hot dogs. Funds raised from the sale of food will benefit the local foundation. In addition to food sales, a portion of every pint sold at the brewery that day will go to HEF. A cornhole tournament sponsored by Country Financial and USA Mortgage will also benefit HEF. Raise A Pint for Education

Our annual fundraiser with the Houston Education Foundation is fun for the whole family. $1 from every pint sold goes to benefit HEF during the event. Kirk Pierce, HHS Alum, is donating his talents to benefit HEF. Board members from HEF will be cooking bratwurst to go with the beers and root beers, and they will have a silent auction of items donated by area businesses. Houston Education Foundation supports the Houston R-1 School district by raising funds to provide grants for the school and scholarships for Houston students.

3rd Annual Drink Your Part for the Houston Education Foundation Event

Houston Schools recently completed a major construction project. HEF purchased new computers for the new media center that is in the 2nd floor of this new construction. Piney River Brewing is hosting a fundraiser for the Houston Education Foundation (HEF) on Saturday, September 5th at the BARn Tap Room. Houston Education Foundation board members will be at the BARn from 2 to 7 p.m. selling bratwurst and hot dogs to raise funds for the local charity which benefits the students in the Houston School District.
